About Unicorn Association

The Unicorn Association is a parent-teacher association for Cobham Hall. Formed in 1979, Unicorn runs events for parents, staff and Elders (former pupils) and raises funds to support projects that benefit pupils at the school.

The current project is to raise money to refurbish and purchase new equipment for the fitness centre (the small gym used by pupils in the Activity Centre). Previous purchases include school minibuses, refurbishing the cookery room, trampolines, swimming blocks for the school’s swimming pool and a piano.

Events are held throughout the year: the main events are the Quiz Night, Bonfire Night and Candlelit Ball.

The Unicorn Association is run by a committee of volunteers made up of parents, staff and former pupils. It is coordinated by an elected committee and the guidance of the chair, Miranda Tubb.

Unicorn is always looking for new members.  Those who would like to join should contact the Hon. Secretary Mrs Ruth McMaster via unicorn@cobhamhall.com
