Pre-IB Programme Detail

Pre IB students join Group 5 for GCSE courses and Group 6 for first-year IB courses. The core of the programme will be unique to the PRE-IB group and supervised by excellent IB teachers. It will include English, Mathematics and Classical History, and will prepare students for the unique IB Theory of Knowledge course.

Pre-IB students will live in their own area of a Sixth Form House, and will have their own Pre-IB Tutor. They will not be required to wear school uniform, but should follow the Sixth Form dress code.

Pre-IB students will join in all Cobham Hall's many sporting, social and artistic activities. This course will lead directly on to the Sixth Form, giving students an excellent start on the two-year IB Diploma Course.
