Student Leadership Team

Democracy is one of the Round Square IDEALS, and what better way to learn about democracy than electing your own Head Girl.

The Student Leadership Team is elected at the annual Guardian Convention, and is made up of the Guardian (Cobham Hall’s Head Girl), her Deputy and the four House Captains. A second Deputy is elected by the school’s Round Square Student Representatives and has special responsibility for Round Square issues. The Student Leadership Team play a significant role in the running of the school.
