The Music Festival is a biennial event, alernating with the Drama Festival.  Each House prepares a programme of choral and instrumental pieces, including choirs, ensembles and solos, which is performed before the whole school. 

An outside adjudicator judges both individual items and overall presentation - including the concert programmes designed and produced by each House.  There are trophies and awards for a wide range of performances, with the Cobham Hall Music Festival Trophy being awarded to the House which produces the best overall concert.

The programmes are extremely varied, drawing on the talents and experiences of the members of the individual Houses.  Different instruments and styles have been used over the years, reflecting the international community of the school.
