The last week of the Summer Term is traditionally Activities Week, when students enjoy an exciting programme of outdoor and adventure activities.
This is not just an opportunity to have some fun at the end of a busy term, but is an important part of the Round Square ethos of the school - offering challenges and opportunities to try new things, and to develop their initiative and leadership skills.
One activitiy which proved very popular was Treejumpers. Many girls discovered that there really was 'more in them than they thought', as they climbed trees, walked on wires, flung themselves down aerial slides and took part in the 'crate challenge'.
They also had the opportunity to try archery and rifle shooting, and teamwork was needed for bridge building and learning to walk in a group!
