An Hour with a Good Book ....

... is worth 10 hours watching reality television.  So says David Dimbleby,

and girls in Group 1 certainly agree, after abandoning Big Brother to read the short-listed books in the Southern School's Book Award.  Reading began in September, with many girls finishing all five books.

Ski Trip to Austria – February Half Term 2008

35 girls from Groups 2 to 4 enjoyed a fantastic school Ski Trip to Solden in Austria at half term. 

The party left school by coach on the Friday evening and returned to school on the following Saturday morning.  The girls enjoyed 5 hours ski tuition per day for six days, plus a full programme of après ski activities.

Parisian Adventure

Following the success of last year's trip, another trip to Paris was planned for after the end of the summer exams in 2007.

Selected girls from Group 5 and Sixth Form left for Paris on Monday 2 July for a 3-day visit packed with sightseeing, culture and fun!

Trip to Iceland
