Our first Sports Day at Deangate Ridge was a real success! The girls performed incredibly well with 13 school records broken. There was a really good atmosphere and, although a little chilly, the weather was perfect for competing!
We were pleased to see so many parents at the event supporting their daughters and we hope they also enjoyed themselves.
The girls are still talking about the event a number of days after. Emily Huntley in Group 1 said “ I loved competing so much, when my event had finished I just wanted to go again!”
The staff relay is always a lot of fun, especially for the girls this year witnessing their own teacher who grills them so much about accuracy and precision stepping out of the box as she received the baton!! Oops
