Miss Caro Fenice

Caro feniceHousemistress for Years 7 to 10 in Bligh House, and Mental Health and Wellbeing Lead

Before joining Cobham Hall as a Housemistress in September 2014, Miss Fenice spent 14 years working in various other boarding roles, including seven years spent as a School Matron in prep schools and the most recent seven years as a Resident House Tutor for a teenage boys’ house.

She originally studied Biological Sciences at Roehampton Institute and returned to Art school to complete a degree in Fine Art in 2007. Since graduating she juggles working in schools with her practice as an artist and an independent curator. She enjoys a variety of crafts, including dressmaking and hopes to get the girls involved in creative projects.

Miss Fenice fell in love with Cobham Hall at first sight and knew this was the place for her, meanwhile Cardy, her Bedlington Lurcher, is enjoying all the attention being lavished on him by our Boarders.

When not working hard and keeping a watchful eye on all the boarders in her care, she enjoys singing, alongside all her other artistic endeavours.
