Designed to complement our PSHE/Wellbeing curriculum, our Wellbeing extra-curricular programme offers a range of activities.  

Sessions include mindfulness, meditation, and craft-based activites.  Girls will also be putting theoretical knowledge gained from PSHE classes, such as nutrition and health, into practice with cookery and volleyball/netball sessions. These sessions and the range of activities are designed to enable girls to build up their resilience to deal more effectively with stress and anxiety, to simply relax or to try something new.
