Teaching Assistant - Part Time

Cobham Hall is looking to recruit a part time Teaching Assistant to join our Student Support team.  You will assist teaching staff in the classroom and support students who have additional learning needs and/or have English as an additional language. You will be required to work three days a week and assist with prep on two evenings between 6.30 pm and 8 pm, term time only (32 weeks/year).

Salary is dependent on skills and experience but will be in the region of £17,500 pro rata per annum which equates to £8,261.54.  Hours of work are generally from 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

LAMDA Tutor and Drama Support

We are looking for an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person to provide LAMDA tuition on a one-to-one and group basis as well as to provide practical and technical support to students and the Head of Drama.

The post is term time only (32 weeks) and will average the equivalent of four days a week, such hours to be worked to meet the needs of the Department. The successful candidate must be prepared to work flexibly as occasional unsocial hours will be required to provide support for productions, examination practice and trips.

Salary £33,378 pro-rata per annum, which equates to £19,000 per annum.

Database Administrator (Part-Time, Term-Time)

We are looking for a skilled and pro-active person to administer the School’s data management systems, 20 hours/week, term time only (32 weeks) plus an additional four weeks, such days to be agreed from time to time to meet the requirements of the job. Please note, that as an independent school, Cobham Hall’s holiday dates will vary from other schools, please check our website for details.

Salary range £25,000 - £29,500 pro-rata per annum depending on experience which equates to £10,820.50 - £12,768.20 per annum.

It is essential that the successful candidate has knowledge and understanding of database administration.  Experience of using SIMS would be an advantage; however, training will be provided, as required, for the right candidate.
