About Us
A smling picture of Wendy Barrett, Headmistress of Cobham Hall School.

Welcome from the Head

I am delighted and honoured to be Headmistress of Cobham Hall. I have a long association with the School, having started as a part-time Mathematics teacher when my daughter was very young and progressed through a variety of roles to the post of Deputy Headmistress, which I held for three years.

At Cobham Hall, we are dedicated to building opportunities for students so that they can achieve their best academic performances, ensuring that every student is known well as an individual and that their unique personality, talents and interests are nurtured and developed to the full. A Cobham Hall education is about developing the whole child and providing opportunities for students to flourish within and beyond the classroom; to become a successful learner and well-rounded individual who is excited to make the next steps in their learning journey.

My staff and I work tirelessly to build strong and effective relationships between home and School based on mutual respect and trust. It is my aim to ensure that everyone at Cobham feels part of a successful team, knowing that they are valued and inspired to fulfil their potential and take their place in society as individuals who can make a real difference.
