School Fees for 2024/25, including VAT:
Fees are billed per term, with three academic terms in each year.

Our fees include all basic tuition, all compulsory non-residential academic trips to a variety of exciting and inspiring destinations to complement classroom learning, all in-school activities, as well as stationery and nutritious meals.
Residential Geography field trips and theatre trips are not included and will be chargeable in addition. Fees for external examinations will also be charged in addition. From September 2024, all students in Years 7 to 12 will need to have the School’s chosen digital device, acquired through a lease or purchase scheme at additional cost.
Additional costs are incurred for supplementary Music, Sports or Drama lessons, or The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award. Details can be found in the ‘Extra Tuition’ section below. Students may have the opportunity to take part in residential trips or Round Square Conferences, for which there would be an additional charge, notified when a trip is offered.
Students are always welcome to come in early for breakfast, or stay in the evenings for supper and Prep at no extra charge.

Extra Tuition
For students requiring additional tuition for Student Support or English as an Additional Language, the costs are set out below:
| English as an Additional Language (EAL) | £1070.00 per term | Standard EAL tuition is 2 hours per week. (For Year 11 Short Courses/Short Stay Students, EAL, where required, is included in their fees) |
| Student Support Department (SSD) | £1,128.00 per term (Literacy and/or Mathematical Support). | Standard SSD support is 1.5 hours per week (one-to-one) and includes access arrangements, extra invigilation and support in the classroom where required. |
Co-curricular charges are calculated on the annual cost of tuition, based on thirty half-hour sessions per year unless otherwise stated. Charges are invoiced termly in arrears. One full term’s notice in writing to the Deputy Headmistress must be given if a student wishes to discontinue her/his tuition.
