As part of their Personal Discovery Framework lesson on Wednesday afternoon, Year 13 volunteered at Leybourne Lakes Country Park.
They took part in several activities including creating bug hotels and planting a new hedgerow.
The students learnt about how to encourage and protect insects and wildlife while learning new skills such as using a power drill.
